Hi, I’m Austin Grieve, and I’m a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for designing and building complex systems. I received my degree from the University of Idaho and have been using my education to bring my ideas to life for 3 years.
As a Test Technician at LAM, I have been working for the last 2.5 years validating, fixing, and verifying next generation wafer fab equipment. My work requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
In my free time, I enjoy pursuing my creative interests. I have a passion for woodworking and enjoy making unique wooden toys. I’m also fascinated by electromechanical systems and have experience building things like hydrogen generators and levitating flywheels.
